Mileage150,797Service Date3/4/2026Services Performed- Checked customer's concern, scanned vehicle for codes and found code P0303 Misfire in cylinder #3 and code P0171 fuel system too lean bank 1, performed visual inspection to engine bay and found pcv hose collapsed, replace hose and continued with diagnosis, monitored misfire data and confirmed misfire on cylinder 3, swapped ignition coils from cylinder 3 to cylinder 1 and misfire moved to cylinder 1, this test indicates faulty ignition coil. Recommend ignition coils replace.Ispected vehicle for noise and found noise coming from pulleys, removed serpentine belt inspected pulleys and found water pump pulley has play causing noise, also suspecting alternator bearings. Recommend replace water pump and recheck for noise. Noticed motor mounts are worn out, recommend motor mounts

Mileage167,588Service Date1/29/2026Services Performed- Checked customer's concern, performed visual inspection to engine bay and found severe oil leak from engine oil cooler, checked oil level and found no oil reading on the dipstick, removed oil filter to inspect and found small amount of metal debris, replace oil cooler, filter and change oil, started vehicle and noticed no sings of damages at this time, clean under carriage and check for more leaks and found none at this time. Codes P0011, P0014, P0024m were set possible do to low oil pressure, clear codes test drove vehicle and no more codes return at this time.
