- Checked customer's concern, checked transmission fluid label, found low .5 qt, add transmission fluid to specifications, test drove vehicle and notices transmission will slip on 3rd gear, performed visual inspection to transmission assembly and harness and found transmission pan gasket and transmission casing were heavily seeping fluid, inspected shift solenoid for proper operation and found nothing abnormal, this test indicates faulty transmission assembly. Recommend transmission assembly.
